We want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if your SEFI apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off Your Return
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
